Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the access to and use of the LLevo platform, website, applications, systems, communication channels, and associated services operated by LLevo ("LLevo", "we", "our", or "us"). This Policy forms an integral part of the LLevo Terms of Use and shall apply to every user, visitor, customer, advocate, service provider, representative, or third party accessing or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever.

By accessing, registering on, or using LLevo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy at all times. Any violation of this Policy may result in suspension, restriction, termination of services, legal proceedings, reporting to governmental authorities, arbitration proceedings, recovery actions, or any other action deemed necessary by LLevo.

Lawful and legitimate use

LLevo is intended solely for lawful, professional, and legitimate use. Users shall use the Platform strictly in accordance with applicable Indian laws, court procedures, governmental regulations, and accepted standards of lawful conduct. The Platform shall not be used for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harmful, or unethical in nature.

No false or forged material

Users shall not submit false, fabricated, forged, manipulated, misleading, or unauthorized documents through the Platform. Any attempt to impersonate another individual, advocate, organization, governmental authority, or entity, whether directly or indirectly, shall constitute a material violation of this Policy.

Advocate verification

Advocates shall provide only their genuine, current, and valid Bar Council enrolment number / Bar ID at the time of registration and verification. Submission of a false, expired, invalid, or unauthorized Bar ID, or any misrepresentation of enrolment or professional status, shall constitute a material violation of this Policy and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the advocate's account, in addition to any other action available to LLevo under this Policy or the Terms of Use.

Runner verification

Court runners shall provide only their genuine and valid government identity document (Aadhaar) at the time of registration and verification. Submission of a false, forged, altered, or unauthorized identity document, or any impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, shall constitute a material violation of this Policy and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the runner's account, in addition to any other action available to LLevo under this Policy or the Terms of Use.

Prohibited unlawful conduct

The Platform shall not be used for any unlawful purpose including activities involving fraud, extortion, intimidation, harassment, money laundering, unlawful litigation practices, or violations of court orders and governmental directions. Users acknowledge and agree that LLevo reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, courts, arbitral tribunals, and governmental agencies in respect of any suspected unlawful conduct, breach of this Policy, or misuse of services.

Platform security and integrity

Users are strictly prohibited from interfering with the security, operation, stability, integrity, or functionality of the Platform. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, databases, APIs, user accounts, networks, or servers connected with LLevo shall be treated as a serious violation.

No abuse of legal or procedural systems

LLevo shall not be used for abuse or misuse of legal or procedural systems. Users shall not intentionally file false claims, upload fabricated evidence, misuse procedural mechanisms, submit misleading filings, or utilize the Platform for harassment, intimidation, coercion, or unlawful pressure against any person, organization, advocate, judicial authority, or governmental body.

Objectionable content

Users shall not upload, publish, communicate, transmit, or distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, vulgar, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

Account security

As registration and login are mandatory for use of LLevo services, users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, authentication details, devices, and accounts.

Users acknowledge that all documents, communications, records, and information uploaded or transmitted through the Platform remain their sole responsibility. By submitting any content through LLevo, users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority required for such submission.

Intellectual property and data protection

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, copy, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, scrape, or otherwise misuse any portion of the Platform, including its software, workflows, databases, trademarks, designs, content, systems, logos, or proprietary technology.

Users shall comply with all applicable privacy and data protection obligations while using the Platform. No user shall unlawfully collect, misuse, disclose, sell, exploit, or distribute personal, confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information belonging to other users or third parties.

Monitoring and enforcement

LLevo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to monitor Platform activity, review user conduct, investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, deny services, initiate recovery proceedings, seek injunctive or equitable relief, commence arbitration proceedings, or take any technical or legal action necessary for maintaining security, operational integrity, regulatory compliance, protection of users, enforcement of this Policy, or safeguarding the rights and interests of LLevo.

Any violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Platform. LLevo further reserves the right to initiate civil or criminal proceedings, arbitration proceedings, recovery actions, claims for damages, losses, penalties, legal expenses, and other remedies available under applicable law.

Reporting violations

Users may report violations of this Policy, suspicious conduct, fraud, abuse, infringement, or unlawful activity by contacting LLevo through the designated grievance or compliance channels.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Policy, user conduct, suspension or termination of services, enforcement actions taken by LLevo, or use of the Platform shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed exclusively by LLevo. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award passed by the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable upon all parties.

Amendments and governing law

LLevo reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued access to or use of the Platform after publication of revised terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, the courts situated at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to matters arising out of this Policy.
