Consumer Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and LLevo ("LLevo", "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the LLevo mobile application, website, technology platform, and all associated services. By downloading, accessing, registering on, or using LLevo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. About LLevo

LLevo is a technology-enabled facilitation platform that assists users with legal-support-related services including task coordination, filing assistance, scheduling, document handling, informational tools, and operational support services connected with legal processes.

LLevo is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal opinions, or professional legal advice. Any information made available through the Platform is provided solely for general informational and facilitative purposes and shall not be construed as legal advice or solicitation.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age, are competent to contract under applicable Indian laws, and are not prohibited by law from accessing or using the Platform.

3. Mandatory Registration and User Accounts

Access to and use of LLevo services is conditional upon mandatory user registration. No person shall be permitted to access, request, book, manage, or utilize services on the Platform without creating a valid registered account.

By registering an account on LLevo, you represent and warrant that all information submitted by you is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and account information.

LLevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify, deactivate, or permanently terminate any account found to contain false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information or involved in unlawful or harmful activities.

Advocates seeking to post tasks on the Platform are additionally required to submit their Bar Council enrolment number / Bar ID for verification of their professional identity. LLevo may independently verify this information, including by cross-referencing it with the records of the relevant State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India, and reserves the right to reject, suspend, or deactivate any advocate account where such verification fails, is incomplete, or is not undertaken.

Court runners seeking to accept tasks on the Platform are additionally required to submit a valid government identity document (Aadhaar) for one-time identity verification before their account is approved. Each such submission is reviewed manually by an authorised LLevo administrator and is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention. LLevo reserves the right to reject, suspend, or deactivate any runner account where such verification fails, is incomplete, or is not undertaken.

4. Scope of Services

The services available through LLevo may include coordination of procedural legal-support activities, scheduling and task management, filing assistance, informational tools, and communication facilitation with service providers.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

LLevo does not guarantee successful filings, favorable legal outcomes, acceptance by courts or authorities, uninterrupted service availability, or completion within estimated timelines.

6. User Obligations

Users shall not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes or upload false, forged, defamatory, or infringing material.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain services offered through LLevo may require payment of platform fees, convenience charges, taxes, or third-party expenses. Payments once processed may be non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Third-Party Services

LLevo may integrate with third-party service providers, payment gateways, APIs, advocates, consultants, or governmental portals. LLevo shall not be liable for third-party acts, omissions, or failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, content, designs, graphics, and proprietary material forming part of LLevo are owned by or licensed to LLevo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of LLevo is subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.

11. Suspension and Termination

LLevo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, misuse of services, or security concerns.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLevo shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

In the event that any filing, submission, or document handled or facilitated through the Platform is found to be incorrect, defective, rejected, or erroneously executed, whether due to inaccurate information supplied by the User, procedural error, oversight, or any act or omission attributable to LLevo or its runners, agents, or service providers, the sole and exclusive liability of LLevo shall be limited strictly to refunding the amount actually paid by the User to LLevo in respect of that specific service. LLevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of legal rights, limitation periods, adjournments, penalties, court fees, professional fees, opportunity costs, or any other loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with such erroneous or incorrect filing. The User acknowledges and agrees that this refund shall constitute full and final settlement of all claims against LLevo arising from such filing, and that LLevo accepts no further responsibility or liability beyond the said refund.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLevo and its affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Intellectual Property Complaints

Users may report intellectual property infringement claims by submitting a written complaint containing ownership details and supporting material.

16. No Waiver

Failure by LLevo to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.

17. Force Majeure

LLevo shall not be liable for delays or failures arising from causes beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, court closures, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts situated in New Delhi, India.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

20. Modifications to Terms

LLevo reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
