Delete Your LLevo Account or Data

How to delete your account

• Open the LLevo app and go to Profile > Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion when prompted.
• Your account will be permanently deleted from LLevo's systems.

Alternative: Request deletion by email

If you're unable to access the app, email users.llevo@gmail.com with:

• Your registered account email
• Full name
• Registered phone number

We will process email requests within 15 business days of verification.

What data is deleted

Upon account deletion, the following are permanently removed:

• Profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Booking and task history
• Payment method details (where applicable)

What data is retained, and why

Some information may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion, to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (e.g. financial transaction records under Indian tax law) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Retained data includes:

• Transaction records: retained for 2 years, as required under applicable law
• Fraud-prevention logs: retained for 2 years

After the retention period, this data is permanently deleted.
